Kind Psychotherapy

Monique Lessard

Monique Lessard is the founder of Kind Psychotherapy. She performs Psychotherapy using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy in her practice. Monique has over a decade of experiencing working with clients who have chronic health conditions, including MS, Migraine, ALS, Crohn’s and Colitis, Cancer and Rheumatology conditions. She also has experience with pregnant and post-partum clients.
Monique creates a psychologically safe space to express yourself and explore tactics on how to manage your specific situation.  Monique is culturally sensitive, trauma informed and inclusive of all backgrounds, races, religions, sexual orientations and gender identities.

Mental Health Co-Pilots 

 

Mental Health Copilots (MHC) is a registered charity based in Alberta under Momentum Counselling Society. Founded in 2019, MHC helps individuals in Alberta find and book appointments with healthcare providers for free. Their mission is to connect individual with mental health services that work for them and find resources that fit their needs and preferences.
